The Bengal Group Warehouse in Tangail is a large-scale industrial storage facility designed to handle heavy floor loadings and accommodate expansive column-free layouts. RF Engineering engineered the wide-span Pre-Engineered structural steel framework integrated with a specialized heavy-duty concrete slab system. Strictly aligned with the load criteria of BNBC 2020, the structure utilizes high-precision bolted steel connections and optimized pile foundations to ensure long-term stability under dynamic load conditions. Millimeter-accurate BIM workflows were used to eliminate field detailing errors and optimize material consumption.
