The TVS Factory in Tongi, Dhaka, is a state-of-the-art industrial manufacturing and assembly facility. RF Engineering provided comprehensive structural design and engineering services, combining a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel superstructure with high-capacity reinforced concrete foundations. The design is fully compliant with BNBC 2020 lateral load standards, incorporating robust wind bracing and optimized structural steel connections to withstand industrial vibrations and extreme weather events. Through strict value engineering, we minimized steel tonnage and concrete consumption, delivering an exceptionally safe and cost-effective facility.
